Do they provide life Jackets here for all ages? My son is Two years old but hes on the tinier side and I didnt want to show up without a life jacket and then them not have any that fits him.

Yes they have life jackets that'll fit him, I'd still recommend bringing one for him (if you've got one) just in case it's too big for him :))
