Unfortunately, this doesn't go directly to the business. It's just customers weigh have been there answering questions. You might just want to go in person and get your refund.
Xai Hang I would say go up there or look up their corporate number (if there is one) but most likely going up there in person would be best. This is just a platform to give ratings for the business so you won't get anything resolved on here unfortunately.
