do you have a shuttle from LX airport, also if I stay in a dorm then decide to upgrade - is there any discount? many thanks

I don't think they would have a discount, my experience was actually the other way around, switched down from a King suite to dorm. You should try asking for desk personnel. Also not aware of hotel shuttle, but you could take Fly bus - airport shuttle, as quick as a car and 9-10 bucks or so one shot LAX-Union station (easy Uber or lyft from there to hotel).
