Every 15 minutes after 8pm or so you need to call them for pickup
Make sure you watch for the 405 shuttle. We were expecting the words Value-Park to be on the front of the shuttle so we missed on the first pass. It is written only on the side in very small letters. Ended up waiting an hour to be picked up finally at 1:15 AM. Then they charged us an extra $16 for being late. Never again.
How early do the shuttles get there in the morning for pick up to the airport
Two weeks ago, we came back from our trip at LAX, got out to the pickup spot just in time to see their shuttle bus leave. However, another of their shuttle buses came by 5 minutes later. So we got lucky!
