Across the street at the entrace, there is another parking lot and the people there take care of both parkings, they should be able to help you by cheking on their system.

You'll need the barcode. Its all automated. You scan the barcode and the bar raises and lets you into the parking garage and then you have to scan the barcode again when you leave the garage.
