Avoid.
This place has gone down hill. Parked here for years. Now it is over parked. The machine never works to enter. After waiting more than 30 minutes for a pick. We called and their office their response was to get a can to the parking garage. This is at 10 am on a week day. Never again.
Their shuttle runs automatically whether you call or not, you just have to look for it
I have not had these kinds of experiences. I have parked there perhaps 5-6times over last several years. There is a person across the street at the 405 lot. Walk over and check in with them.
My husband and I were treated well! We got to park close to the exit too.
I had a very bad experience with them too, bad customer service, i paid more for the self parking and they refused when i arrived saying they fully booked ( i had reservation 2 months ago) so i had to leave my key for vallet parking which is cheaper and they never refund me the difference. Zero star in rating.
