I paid to “reserve” a parking spot and when I arrived all six levels of the parking structure were full! Anyone on sight to help you out or advise on what to do? NO! Did I almost miss my flight? YES! Did I get charged a cancellation fee? Absolutely! You should actually be giving me something for my inconvenience instead of taking from me! This place needs some serious organization or simply shut it down! DO NOT PARK HERE!

Their driver, Cat, is the ONLY good thing about this place. She is AMAZING and as friendly as they come. This place is cheap, which is tempting, but DON'T do it!!! The amount of frustration is NOT worth it! The garage doesn't have enough spaces in it and there are NO actual people to help you. It's all automated. Here's an example of how people have to park because there aren't enough spaces - which takes away actual handicap spaces (notice these people do not have a handicap sticker). The whole experience was just ridiculous. Oh! I almost forgot to discuss the fact that they had one bus running in the morning (which is the busiest time of all) until 7am.

If you don’t care to read the tips I wrote below just know that I highly recommend this parking location. It was safe, efficient and economical. My tips: Have the QR code from your confirmation e-mail ready to scan your way into and out of the parking structure. Waited at 10:40AM & was picked up 11 AM. The first available parking was level 6 but it was still covered so that was nice and there are elevators. The shuttle picks you up from the parking structure just across the street. There’s a black sign on the 405 parking structure that reads “Shuttle Pickup”. There’s an option to tip the drivers so if that’s something you are interested in then I suggest bringing some cash. The shuttles are blue and black with 405 on them. Pick up and drop off at the airport is located on the second level so be mindful of that when you return to LAX. Walk out and look for the red signs that read “Shuttle/hotel pickup”. On my return I was concerned about not seeing their company shuttle so I called and the operator was very helpful. I had zero issues and will be using their parking service for my next trip.

The shuttle was horrible, they said 20 minutes, but it was slower than that and they were less than helpful about how to find it from the terminal. I spent almost an hour from being on the curb to getting to my car. NEVER again. On the way to the airport we took an Uber from the lot because what's the price of a missed flight? - Recommend going with Wally or Joe's this was not worth any savings.

The spaces are ok for a small transit but probably not for the larger versions.
Only advanced reservation, but I have done them from my phone while sitting there at the gate
Across the street at the entrace, there is another parking lot and the people there take care of both parkings, they should be able to help you by cheking on their system.
Every 15 minutes after 8pm or so you need to call them for pickup
