they tend to ignore answers that were given even within their own system, for example: the seller answered me that he got the product and yet paypal ignored it and asked me to provide a proof. So, make sure you keep history of all comms...
They do so when there is a customer who says they did not receive their item and Paypal works with tracking information so seller would win, however if no proof of tracking buyer would win.
