I asked for a medium sized drink, the little cup full of ice I got gave me three sips and it was already empty.they charge 1.79 for a cup that only holds 12 ounces of liquid if there is no ice involved. Rip-off overpriced.

Almost every place is required to fill it with ice.

Did you ever stop to think that at Jack's they give you a cup and you can refill it as many times as you want. If you come through the drive-in and don't want ice then tell them no ice. Problem solved

Ask for light or no ice, especially in cool seasons. The drink machines are refrigerated anyway, to cut down the head foam.
