I wanted my meal to go so all my food was put on a tray and the fries were old and burned looking. I believe the grease hasn't been cleaned. I got a bag to put my food in and I asked for fresh fries the manager yelled she don't take food back and she not giving me any fresh fries. They snatched the tray back and the manager screamed here! With a bag of fries I think she re dropped my burned fries because the bag had grease stains and the fries were even darker I was with my daughter who has medical issues and I'm glad I kept my cool. I will never return to this location.. I know you all are under staffed and I would wait as long as you needed me to for fresh food. The burgers were so dry and dark like they had been sitting I'm sad to say the sprite and sweet tea was the only thing edible. I live 20 minutes away and that manager she mean she lucky.

This was unacceptably in line at the drive thru to place my order. I waited 20 minutes to get to the front and then realized no one in front of me actually got their order placed they just left because they waited so long. I waited at the window for fifteen minutes and no one even spoke to me I drove around the window and saw workers in there doing nothing. I understand being shorthanded but greeting your customers should at least come first.

They were really slow, my food was cold, and wasn't fresh, and they forgot stuff that's supposed to go on it. They were supposed to be closed at 12 one night, and instead, they closed at 10 when they were supposed to be closed. They were really rude and were yelling at us through the head sets, and they messed my drink up too. I ordered a frosted coffee, instead I got a totally different thing. And they didn't put any sweeteners in it like they are meant to. Love McDonald's, but won't be coming back to this one.

Tried to stop in for breakfast this morning before work. There were six cars in front of me, the order taker took one order and had that person pull forward. Then proceeded to not take anymore orders I waited for ten minutes before I left. I understand that everyone is having staffing issues, but as someone who used to work in the fast food industry you don't just take one order at a time
