Customer Service is 5-star but for the love of HEAVEN AND HELL, you don't have to CHAR the Gyro 🥙 meat like you do! There were portions of my gyro that were BEEF JERKY tough! Someone PLEASE tell the cook that burning meat LIKE THAT, could lead to PETA investigating! I once ate at a Gyro Burger joint down south and the way they cooked that meat is how you do it

Ordered online, which was very easy. Arrived a couple minutes later than app (not run by Ankar's, I don't think) said food would be ready. I think the restaurant must have been busy because mine wasn't quite ready to go. I have loved the rueben rider, half done pickle, and onion rings here since childhood. I moved to Illinois 12 years ago and don't get back often. I was excited to be able to order my favorites and have the same taste experience I have remembered since childhood. Delicious food!

Been eating at Ankar's since I was a kid. First time I tried a steak in a sack I was hooked. Best onion rings on the planet, IMO. Moved away from the Chattanooga area in 2010, but make it a point to stop at Ankar's any time I'm back in the area. Great establishment, great food, and most of all a great family.

My husband has been bragging Bout this for over 15 years now., the last time he visited was 20 years ago and never forgot the taste the texture the color of their falafel. Sure does. He is not lying. The same owners, the same recipe..unfortunately I do not have good picture to share to justify it.highly recommended.
