Staff is friendly,very friendly but took over 30 minutes to get order and was not crowded,has happened twice but Burger King is the same way,will try to avoid both restaurants on Amnicola Highway next time!Bring sandwiches in our coolers!

I HATE!!!! the new seasoned fries! If it isn't broke don't fix it! I hate garlic, I hate Paprika. I want my old fries back, bye, bye Krystals!

I specifically asked for 2 Krystals Extra pickles & Extra mustard because I always seem to get dry Krystals. She repeated my order back to me. There were no other cars in drive thru (they are drive thru only for the time being) My receipt had extra pickles & mustard but -you guessed it, I got dry Krystals again. I did not take them back because I didn't want to seem difficult.... How hard is it to add pickles & mustard??? I have pickles & mustard at home. Still on a search for a Good Krystal Burger.....

Service is good, food is not so much. Whoever's making the burgers is serving them cold. 2 different times in the past 2 weeks. Not likely going back. Used to be one of my favorite fast foods
