Ordered 3 drinks on the online app and waited over 30 mins at one of the stall after checking in on the app, an employee came out looking for a car that had given up and left and asked if we were said person and we told him no but we were had been waiting over 30 minutes for just 3 drinks and the employee just said oh, well we are really short staffed and walked off. The whole 30 minutes I watched over 20 cars go by in the drive thru. But we could not get just 3 drinks. This sonic is so poorly managed, and the employees are just as bad at customer service.

This is probably one of the worst Sonic’s I’ve been to. We waited 20 minutes for some food that I know for a fact only takes like less than 5 minutes to prepare and they had a cook and someone taking orders. I didn’t really see what the issue was…. I used to work for sonic and only had two people one day and it went ten times faster than the service we got tonight. The guy at the window also loaded up my cherry coke with ice and also used slush syrup instead of cherry syrup from the fountain so it didn’t taste the same. Please just close this location down if you can’t keep enough employees. And might I add, this was my boyfriends food that took so long for these incompetent employees to make.

This place needs a new manager, fast. For the past year, they've gone down the drain. Only serving drinks, no ice cream, no food, drive-thru only, sometimes just can't take orders at all. To the franchise owner; either close it or sell the franchise to someone competent if you can't keep a kitchen with a parking lot working.

Went through sonic on Sunday March 6th around 4:30th ish and tried to order two drinks. Then gentleman had came over the headset and had replied with “I’m sorry but we are currently not taking orders at this time” I pulled up to the road to leave and two guys with head sets on were outside smoking a cigarette chilling outside.
