I was assured my order would be brought to my car because of my disability, though all curbside spots were taken. Employee took my order #, asked me 3X which car was mine. In the end, my daughter had to retrieve the order. The fries were cold and one of the bacon mcdoubles was missing. Customer service was very rude.

When a loved one is in the hospital, you want to do everything you can to accommodate them, comfort them. When they request something so simple as a frappe, I found it quite disheartening to be asked by an employee of this store if I minded them just making me a Carmel because they didn't feel like walking to the back to get the mocha. I didn't feel like wasting the two dollars it cost me to leave the parking garage at Erlanger or to wait in line in the ever over crowded McDonald's down the street, only to spend even more money on something I didn't even ask for. Every time I come to this store to pick up a doordash delivery it is always a cluster. Takes forever to get anybody to answer the drive-thru, and rest assured the drive-thru is all you're going to get at the store! These folks deliberately go out of their way to make the experience much worse than it should be, and they get a thrill out of doing it. I normally turn down doordash pickups from this location, but I'm trying to make a living too, and somehow I tried to work with these folks. My efforts normally never have a good outcome. Proceed at your own risk.

McDonald's on 3rd st. Is a great place to visit. The crew is always so nice, and very helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. I live right down the street so everyone there knows my face, and I always get a kind word and a smile..hands down one of the best places to eat in Chattanooga..when lunch time comes around don't forget about McDonald's on 3rd...
