The best Wendy's in Chattanooga, which isn't saying much. Much like Wendy's menu, the service is a mixed bag. Expect either a long wait, brash customer service, or an incorrect order. I have always received one of those three hallmark traits when eating at Wendy's. You can't even dine in at this location. The staff despises people so much, they never reopened the lobby after the pandemic!

Service was slooowwww. The woman at the window didn't even acknowledge me at all. She literally handed me the food and that was it. Horrible attitude. Just disappointed in the service, but they at least got my order right and the food was good.

Always busy !!!! lobby is still closed to the public they get your food out to ya pretty quick....but if u add bacon always check to make sure they put it on there I have had to go back thru a few times

Wonderful breakfast choices and great prices. My husband has limited choices at most fast food places, due to too must pepper and/or salt, or too greasy tasting, but Wendy's chicken biscuit was awesome. I'm happy Wendy's has breakfast options now!

Mask are required to enter. Dinning room appears to be open however.
Because it takes so long to get through the line. It probably sits in a bag getting cold while you wait on 12 customers in front of you to all pay in change.
