I believe this is the slowest Wendy's in the entire country. Every time I come, it's a 15+ minute wait at the drive thru, and only half the time the food is proper temperature and the order correct. You can't go inside instead, they keep the door locked. If you are really craving Wendy's, it's worth the short drive to Lookout Valley, which ALWAYS has fast service and good food.

I went to Wendy's the other night there was no line quick service but when I brought the food home, my boyfriend burger was beyond old and the meat was hard as a rock. I drove back to exchange for a fresher burger. Brought it back home and the cook or whoever made the new burger took a large bite out of the meat. I am happy my boyfriend looked at it before he ate it. That is beyond disgusting and definitely in violation of several health codes. Especially with COVID going around. If it were possible to give the them a negative review I would on a heart beat. I do not recommend anyone going there to eat. I will never eat Wendy's again. DISGUSTING.

This is for the Chattanooga location off of Dayton Blvd. The location seems to be understaffed and there is a substantial wait. I will say that the cashier/order taker was incredibly nice and was doing her best. Once I got the food, it wasn't great and if I could describe the taste, I would say it's minimal requirements for being edible.

Wendy's in Hermitage, Tennessee. Spoke to the manager about slow service and he blamed me. Why would it be my fault for them taking 30 minutes to fix a hamburger for the drive-thru?

From what I understand, the meat is boiled leaving the chili a very healthy option; although, I have had the occassional square chunk that resembles part of a leftover hamburger...
