I witnessed the staff at this Wendy's yell and berate a grubhub driver who was only trying to do his job. There's a sign very clearly hung in the lobby that says "mobile order pick up* and it even has grubhub's logo on the side.. However they would not let him pick the food up and told him to wait in the 20 minute line behind every one else. I was in line waiting and completely disagree with the way this Wendy's staff treated this delivery driver. When you order on an app you're ordering ahead of the people standing in line and the drivers there to pick the food up that should already be completed. Wendy's should train their staff to understand this concept. The manager at this Wendys should so reprimand the drive-through employee who was not in uniform nor wearing a name tag and would not identify herself to the delivery driver so he could report it to Wendy's Corp. When the delivery driver said he needed to call grubhub and report the incident they told him to leave or they'd call the police. So he did without the order. This is no way to treat anyone that comes into your facility Wendy's.

I was extremely disappointed with breakfast at this particular Wendy's. I understand staffing is an issue but Wendy's are really becoming a hit and miss situation. I was traveling through and was so hungry and very much regret stopping here. I should have held out for a few more exits but thought being a newer location... just maybe. Of course I don't usually get breakfast from Wendy's and I remember being happy with a lunch from this very location so who knows. I will come back as I understand everyone has bad days and maybe they were just having a bad day.

Service with a smile at this Drive Thru. I don't know why but I have always thought Wendy's has the best employees of any other chain around. Keep up the great work my friends!!

The drive thru line was incredibly long. 3 cars behind me pulled out and left. Finally place my order and get to the window to pay and there's nobody collecting money. Got no receipt. Went to the next window and again having to wait. Get my food and the fries were maybe half full. What fries I did get were too salty to even eat. Certainly not like other orders I've gotten from here. Wondering where the manager is for this type of dismal service.
