Ordered cook to order 20 piece nugget and basket of fries. Live 8 minutes away and the fries were still hot but the nuggets were hard and cool. So the nuggets weren't fresh. Very disappointed.

I ordered through the app,they changed my price two weeks ago. Today I waited 35 minutes for a mobile order while 4 other cars came and went. At least the staff in the mornings is nice. That's the only reason I can give them two stars.

Ordered on the mobile app well before breakfast ended. When we got there and they couldn’t find the order for a while. When they did they told us they had the order but we could not have it since it was past breakfast and made us cancel the order without offering to replace any items or give us anything else. We could hardly understand the thug at the window other than “we ain’t got yo orda”. Terrible attitude and customer service.

This store has always had the longest drive thru in the strip, the workers don't even care about their customers orders. I've never seen a store this bad. I can't even understand how the employees acted when by themselves. I wouldn't be surprised if the general manager can't even do their job right either.
