This Sonic has terrible service and wait time. I have waited 12 minutes in line before I could pull up to the speaker and then I had to sit there another 4 or so before they actually took my order. There is only one car ahead of me—- this is ridiculous!! I only waited because I had to eat and did not have time to go to another restaurant.

I have to start by saying that I have not had the best experiences at the Hixson Pike location, lots of wrong orders or not having things on the menu available, especially the ice cream products, I eventually decided to not go here anymore but I wanted to give them another chance so I ordered and let me say I was wonderfully surprised, excellent customer service and the order was correct and delicious, the food was also beautifully put together, excellent job by the kitchen ! I hate a thrown together burger and this one was absolutely gorgeous:) Sonic, you have redeemed yourself, if you have changed management then it really paid off :)

This is worst order I have ever had. Not even close. Ordered double got single, no onions, no pickles, got both. Took forever. And have been three times before and got told you aren't accepting orders. Go ahead and close, I don't think anybody will miss you. You're terrible. Thanks for nothing.

A lot of the screens were off on the menu board. Not sure why they have over 10 nonfunctioning stalls or if there's another reason behind it. Other than that, service was quick and had a friendly waitress. Last time I came to this location, my son and I ordered milkshakes and 20 minutes later they still were not close bring us our order. Another 5 more minutes and I left empty handed. Determined to have milkshakes, we ended up going to the Sonic on east brainerd road. A little slow at the window to order, but we got our milkshakes in less than 5 minutes at the e.b. road location.
