I asked in Dec 2018, they said no. There isn't a shuttle service. However, a Lyft ride was only $7 for my wife and I to get to Terminal 2 (Princess). You can call the hotel to confirm that other persons answer. They told me there wasn't a shuttle.

coming for 3 days without a car is it easy to walk to shop restaurants etc .also can you smoke! at any of the outdoor areas at the hotel for example have a coffee or drink an a cigarette.many thanks .
