I've been to Denny's many a time. Yes, the wait times are fairly long, but you have to realize that there are so many customers who order their food, and it is like a first-come-first-served type of situation. If the wait time is too long, they have Wifi, and this make waiting good, or just try making the most of it by enjoying each other's company while waiting for your order. My experience at Denny's was very wonderful! Just being appreciative and positive helps a lot.
The place is receiving bad reviews each day, I took my family to that Denny's and left after two hours. 4 table rotations after us which should never happen. The manager quite literally lied to out faces saying the food was up on the bar when it wasn't. The waitresses are awesome however the wait time is too much and doesn't deserve the time. There are other Denny's near Fort Worth, Southlake, and Grapevine that serve faster and the manager won't stand and lie to you. Make sure yo always read the reviews but always look at the stars, if it's not above 3.8, then do not go to it.
I don't work there. I deliver for Uber Eats and have noticed a good increase in service and quality.
