Nice rooms. A good above average hotel. Good location. Reasonable rates. One complaint - in 4 mornings breakfast they ran out of coffee every morning so I had to wait. (They do make more)

Woke up sweating in the middle of the night because this hotel does not have generator. Everyone knows in Texas storms hit and wipes out electricity! Then woke up to a cold breakfast which milk went bad . I mean why pay 160 bucks for a hotel who does not have a generator ? I have a generator at home even! Next time I book a hotel during summer I will call to make sure they have. generator . Such an inconvenience to your customers to not be prepared knowing storms hit during summer ! Ok so now for the review . The pool and spa are nice but you can see cracks and wall deformation . The walls in pool area are brown wasn’t sure if it was mold or rust . The beds were so hard we all had a hard time sleeping plus the heat didn’t help . The pillow are really thick which most people would love but they were not soft making them hard also .The staff kept speaking in Spanish in front of us making us think they were talking about us which was very rude . Why not speak English ? The quality of service we received was not worth 160 dollars . In fact they should of comped us some back knowing the breakfast wasn’t served and the electricity was out . The room Was clean and n the small side but clean was my favorite part . Bathroom small but clean also. The hallways smelled of fresh carpet shampoo which makes me think they keep it well cleaned but sadly that’s all your going to love about this place . They are not prepared for texas Ans this was a big let down ! Not to mention we choose this place because of their website’s saying they had social hour . When we arrived they cancelled it because employee didn’t show up , Again shows they are not prepared . My suggestion is pick a hotel with outstanding management who can handle wether changes and employees not showing up . Foe 160 bucks I expected much more then I received . Again still confused why they didn’t comp knowing no electricity no breakfast .They did preview meats and cheese . Yogurts and such but as I stated milk had gone bad . The meat and cheese were not even cold. This hotel can’t handle any problem that arises !

Hotel staff sucks. Linda Toy is the most argumentative woman I have ever dealt with and has no business being in any sort of customer service position. My friend and her service dog showed to pick me up and didn't even come into my room but because the desk clerk saw us leave together charged me 132.50 for a pet deposit. And has left me on the street since because it out my account negative and I can't get caught up. And still won't refund my money. And my friends support dog never came into my room.

This hotel is new and is just really pleasant - with clean, crisp lines and modern furnishings! The bed was extra comfortable, as were the pillows. The breakfast area was very pleasant, as was the person that took care of it and the food was hot and really very good!! Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday, we chose to not have our room cleaned just to save the staff the trouble. Instead, we just set out our trash and exchanged our towels for clean ones. It was fine and we didn't mind. The staff was very kind and considerate and we felt cared for and cared about while we were there! All in all, a very pleasant stay!!

Not a bar but they have beer and wine along with snacks on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for their dinner socials. It's pretty cool.
