The staff here are amazing, very nice and helpful. Like above and beyond. Breakfast is solid with lots of options. Rooms are big and pretty nice, The beds are a little mediocre. Location is pretty nice and convenient. Pool and gym are solid. No regrets picking this place for a stay.

We booked this room two months ahead. No one send us an e-mail that they were in construction. The night shift front desk employee said we weren't aloud to use the pool. We bring 4 kids and booked two rooms. Employees need to know their information!!! Happens that we ask again in the morning as she was wrong. Beds are super comfortable, room very comfy and have all what you need and breakfast included... thanks good, !!!

Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, especially if you download the Hilton Honors app. They are under renovation right now, but it’s all kept behind tarps so it’s not bad at all. Rooms were clean and well set up. Would definitely stay here again.

We were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks as my husband went to Northwest Lineman College for a class. Upon arrival, we found that none of the amenities we had hoped for were available. The pool was closed down due to workers finishing up the shade structures around the pool. The fitness center was not able to be used because they were doing construction on the main level, which also blocked access to the guest laundry. We were in a room right above the breakfast area and construction was being done right below us. Throughout the day the men working below were hammering and using power tools so it was very noisy and not relaxing what so ever. One morning on our way to the college, we went downstairs to have breakfast. Breakfast hours begin at 6am on weekdays, it was 6:45am when we went downstairs and breakfast was still not ready. We requested housekeeping services multiple times, but after not getting new supplies for our room we had to get them from the front desk ourselves. The room smelled very bad and the bed was not comfortable. When we arrived there was crumbs all over the night stand and sheets. The general manager and front desk associate Anneka were both very accommodating and helped process our refund request. We do not recommend this hotel at this point.
