Positive: It was clean. Negative: They said they had breakfast. Breakfast was a bag of chips and a coke. I.e. there was no breakfast. Ugly but clean. One of two nights there was a couple having a fight out in the hallway. Never ever heard a fight at a hotel before.

Our car broke down on the way back home which was 6 hours...we spent nearly all we had to do the repair so we had very little for a hotel...WELL we found this at a rate we could afford! BIG MISTAKE!! it is nothing like the pics...they don't have breakfast and the pool and area in between the restaurant and hotel is filthy!! The rooms aren't any better! I came home with a rash on my body from head to toe.....DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!!!!

Not the Ritz of course, but clean and decent for the price. Room services comes daily. And the room smelled/seemed clean upon arrival aside from a few nicks and dings of average wear. No bugs upon arrival but have seen the occasional roach in the past few weeks of stay. Definitely not the worst budget motel in Denton. All and all satisfied

One of the worst stays. We reserved a handicapped accessible, was given a ground floor room with a bathtub. I require mobility assistance, I cannot get in and out of a tub. There was only one wash rag. The walls had fingerprints and dirt Everywhere, the iron and smoke alarms were missing, and there were roaches in the bathroom at night. Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you. The rooms aren’t that nice at all. Very disappointed and wont be staying there again.
