How long do I have to wait and how many email attempts and work order attempts do I have to make in order to get maintenance to come and fix my ceiling? Its been three weeks with a hole in my ceiling.

Ours took 2months to fix the bathtub and it still have issues.

It took them over a month to fix both of my sinks. I was told corporate just stepped in to help. They've recruited maintenance help from other apartments to assist with the work they couldn't keep up. However, they didn't completely fix my bathroom sink. It leaked after they replaced a pipe. They came back 3 times to fix the leak, but it's still leaking so I gave up telling them about it. I currently have a vase under the pipe to catch the water 🙄

Call the City of Irving Code Compliance and they will make sure it gets done, that's what I did.
