Upon moving in my partner and I discovered a few roaches and that was on day 1 with us having no furniture. Also the bedroom was not the size that was advertised during the visitation. Lastly, on my first night there my car was towed the following day at an alarming price. I understand that "I was told to register" and all but I had a lot of moving pieces going on while caring for my partner who was very sick during move in time, so it slipped my mind. As a paying resident I should have been assisted with dealing with the tow company, given some sort of grace, some sort of help in any beneficial way because that was honestly not very fair. On a good note, the complex has an amazing aesthetic for sure. My Livingroom is very spacious along with a lovely kitchen set up. The bathroom is perfect in size as well with an unbelievable vanity mirror and marble counter topped sink. The kitchen is marble topped as well. My unit specifically has one of the better views of the complex from the balcony which I enjoy very much. Living room also come with a fire place which is great. The pain on the walls and carpeting is all new along with an ADT alarm system installed. This complex is great has it's pros and cons but I am rather excited to be a resident here.

I helped my daughter relocate from the New York City area and had high expectations as I am a Property Manager in the Northern New Jersey market. Devon absolutely met my expectations. There were minor issues I noticed which were handled immediately. Everyone on the Devon team has been helpful, kind, caring and responsive! Thank you all for all that you do!!

Been living in this apartment for 2 years and they just recently updated the towing if the vehicle isn’t registered. I personally went to the leasing office to register my vehicle and when the lady said it was registered, i left. This morning my vehicle was towed and i went to talk with same lady who registered my vehicle but she said she can’t do nothing on it. The reason was i didn’t receive the email. She directly handover me the towing company details even before hearing out my words. They’re just looking to rip off people. I honestly don’t recommend this apartment. $1500 a month you can get better apartment in Irving with great leasing services. I gave them 1 star cuz there was no option for zero star

THESE APARTMENTS ARE TERRIBLE!!!! NAH JUST PLAYING I LOVE IT HERE!!!! Moving into these apartments have been really great the apartments have been renovated with some great finishes. The staff is absolutely amazing I have worked with all the leasing agents all three of them Maria, Kiana, and Mariah are very knowledgeable and approachable they really do try their best to go above and beyond for the residents and respond very fast to issues and concerns. The management team is phenomenal I had 3 issues where I needed the manager to step in and both Keisha (sorry if I spelled it wrong I still love you) and Sterling are very professional and polite they listened to my issues and tried their absolutely best to rectify the situations immediately. The honest truth the entire staff in that office is phenomenal and really makes it fun living there I pop in every few days just to get some laughs and see all of their beautiful faces and when I say beautiful I do mean beautiful absolutely stunning ladies in there the maintenance staff them fellas work and work hard they get it done in out and clean. YOU CANT GO WRONG LIVING HERE!!!!
