When I moved in I had a list of repairs. Here is the list that never got addressed: Living room electrical outlet near the hallway does not work. Electrical outlet near the sink does not work. Bedroom closet door will not shut. Bedroom door does not latch. Microwave door handle is broken. Two doors that never shut and multiple outlets that did not function. I moved out and was charged 175 dollars for a dirty tub, microwave, and stove. They also said dirty fridge but it was spotless. I don't disagree that I could have cleaned the above better but 175 dollars is extreme. I took really good care of the apartment and was rewarded with a huge bill after I left. Please consider renting at another complex. The people in the office are also no where near as friendly as when I moved in.

Current resident here and there is a terrible system for submitting maintenance requests along with several maintenance short-cuts in the upgraded units. The buildings are old and the modern-styled faucets look ok but the sub par painting and areas where paint was skipped are clear. The ceilings have cracks and they squeak, and dirty water leaks through light fixtures. Water has been turned off the entire day about 20 times in the last few months but when the water is on the shower pressure and temp (scalding or arctic - no in between) is inconsistent. Calls, emails, and voice mails do not seem to move the staff here and they make no attempt to follow up... yet they raised rent $400 this summer (July 2022) ... for what? No community or unit improvements have been offered or made (see pics). This community has the same amenities as all others near-by, plus the service from the staff is upsetting so where is the justification for such a raise in price???

Just wanting to say that my experience here living at the Oaks so far has been an extremely positive one. The office staff is always attentive, kind, and professional and the maintenance team has consistently taken care of every maintenance request quickly and efficiently for me. I feel I can call the office and any of the girls will willingly and patiently answer my questions for me. Ms. Ariane the manager is the same way.

UPDATE Jan 18,2022 be respectful You still don't attend to my complaints properly and we didn't meet yesterday either, it was Holiday and you didn't work, be respectful. Problems still not resolved, kitchen, bathroom and drawers. Never got the washer and dryer machine they promised for a year, I had to rent the units. There are cockroaches. -------------- The apartments have a very low quality reform update, they gave me the apartment dirty, a very bad reform, damages in the bathroom that have passed 3 months and they do not solve me. I paid for a spot and my car was towed, they don't give an answer and the apartment model and what it shows on the internet is not what they give you. Kitchen and bathroom drawers cannot be used, they are damaged, there are cockroaches. The bathroom and kitchen were the worst. I do not recommend it, the staff does not do their job. The required service orders are closed from the system without doing the service. The promotion was that the apartment would have a washer and dryer and they never put it on. Every month there is a water supply failure due to some damage

How much is a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment the 1 bedroom I'd like to be the largest size and if it's a 2 bedroom the smaller size, thanks.

Check out the pricing with the leasing office and confirm if there are any specials for moving in sometimes those are not placed on website its best to speak to someone.
