Dry wall job looks like it was done by a 12 year old, maintenance has no idea what they are doing/extremely rude as they know they won’t get fired. Your neighbors will peep thru your windows, your window seals/flytraps will break. Counters are laminated so they peel, whole place is slanted due to foundational issues, roof on balcony caving in, mold, past resident hair coming out of the tub drain, the only thing that is nice about this place is the rate for how spacious it is but that comes with reason. This company should be held accountable for their actions but they won’t be, so do yourself a favor run.

I have positive experiences on MAA at Valley Ranch apt. Excellent service, they fix any problem at a reasonable time. I recommend this apt complex. I being leaving on this apt for a couple months. Love the fact of the proximity locations of shopping, restaurants etc...

Started off having a great experience while in the 2 bedroom. Transferred to a 3 and have had severe a/c issues on top of foundation cracks in every wall, in every room. Would’ve never done this had I known what I know now. I’ve endured so many sweaty days and nights while paying almost $3k in rental fees each month, ON TIME. Today, their third party a/c company found humor in the air vent cover off trying to get air in one of the bedrooms. I have 3 fans running at all times trying to keep cool in that room as well, which has caused head colds and nasal congestion every morning. But of course, “nothing’s wrong. We’re so high up. Its also the layout pushing heat to the bedroom I sleep in.” I do not recommend this place at all. Resident care was copied on my email to the leasing office requesting a reduction in rent since my air isn’t going to be properly fixed. You all nor the leasing office has responded to my email sent on 8/2/22. It is now 8/8/22.

Yes, via the Resident Login on the MAA site. Once a resident logs in, they have the ability to make service requests or send other communication to their community managers. This varies from community to community and new features are being planned for the future.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
