Went in with questions, was considering moving to these apartments, but now ABSOLUTELY NOT. The assistant manager was beyond rude and judgmental, I never felt so uncomfortable. Honestly so upset, because I’ve been looking at these apartment for awhile guess not on to the next

The selection process was relatively easy, but I wasn't given any important information like how to access mail or what the gate code was. Never got assigned a $25/month covered parking spot, then when I did it was one another person had already been assigned. I didn't receive a FOB and didn't know I even needed one until months after living here. Getting packages delivered successfully is a 50/50 chance. Management is basically a ghost unless you go into the office yourself. The apartments are cheaply renovated with sticky paint covering old cracks or pieces taken out of the wall. The walls are paper thin and dogs bark all through the night. Recently I've had a random ant infestation, even though I have a proper clean apartment and don't leave food out. Listen, it works if you need a place to live. It's old buildings that were flipped by a new company - but they aren't luxury and they sure aren't high end. It's my first apartment during school so I wasn't picky, but I definitely will not be renewing my lease.

This place was awful. I lived in here for 6 months. We had problems every other month, one day water came in when it rained heavily, earthworms came on during rainy season. We had leakages every other week. We moved out 2 months back but our lease deposit was not yet processed. We are unable to reach out to any of the staff member. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This place is awful. I lived here for a year. Roaches everywhere and pest control never come. The manager is always on a vacation, no one is there in the office to take calls. We gave a 90 day notice to move out but at the end they said they didn’t have the notice and told us to pay the fine. The apartments are also very damaged and dusty. The management could care less. I called and filed complaint so many times, my car parts also got stolen once but management showed no care. Worst place i have ever lived. Even one star is too much

You're right the new management team should be better than the Connor Group. At least they're more professional at this point.

Does the Manager, sales manager and or any other sales associate receive some sort of commission from selling FRAUD? Why lie to people ? To only steal their hard earned money and get them evicted?? Please respond, Thank you. Kimd Regards,

Yes they do get commission from selling fraud. Sorry pablo if you have experienced their very bad services. I wish people that wish to rent at marabella will read google reviews before renting.it is left to us who have experienced to let other people know. Just continue putting the reviews out there so that other people will know that they should not rent an apartment at marabella at Las colinas.

So what do you do when you get no response from manager who believe the lie of the maintenance but I'm sitting in a hot s.. apt this is truly against mycivilrights as a paying customer consumer

Because TAA are binding contract you people think that you hold tentant hostage to them when the tenant have right within the lease as well " default'" when complex fail to met work orders/request within the proper time to more than 7 days than ...... Since you tell me to seek legal help instead of how this could be resolved that was very arrogant of you what happened to the customer always right well.....
