You can’t make reservations during busy times with any Cheesecake Factory so no they won’t allow you to make a reservation unless they aren’t busy. Which defeats the purpose.

Yes, call in advance. They stay very busy.
I went there two years ago with a large party and were told that the wait was 3 hours. Left and went to del frescos where they gladly sat the ladies at the bar while they found a table to handle the party. Awesome people!!!!
Just called and spoke with Gracie in the Bakery. They do not make reservations or do call ahead.
