No, maybe 2 or 3 very small rapids. Had a 5 and 8 yr. old with me and they loved it. Can't wait to go back
Mostly calm maybe 3 little rapids about 30 second long, very short not too exciting.
It depends which level you choose. They have 7 levels, the higher the level you will see heavy rapids. I say starting from level 3 and up.
