I rented a mini van here thru Costco travel! Got a nice discount. Rented one month in advance. When we went to get the van it wasn't ready..so tried to give us another one but it was filthy. Covered and I mean covered in dirt. Askes them to please wash it..oh course they said yes..but the rims and tires were not dirty AND wet! They said cleaning the wheels was NOT part of their service. Ok maybe it was just one bad experience! Nope, went two weeks later and Again the car was dirty! Asked them to wash it but the did a halfway job. Car was great and the employees were friendly but not good at customer servicea

Love this location. I travel a lot for work and rent cars here at least 3 times per month. The staff and service are always excellent. The selection of vehicles is also very good. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a rental.

I had a wonderful rental experience! We originally requested a van, but when it was unfortunately not in stock, we got a free upgrade instead. We were allowed plenty of time to look through our options and found a replacement vehicle that more than met our needs. Will definitely be coming back!

Details if my experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car they rental agent was very nice to me cooperative courteous and nice looking she gave me the best car on her lot I'm sure of it it 2019 Dodge Charger four-door sedan it was very important that I leave Sacramento and travel to Idaho on June 8 2020 And the nice lady at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rancho Cordova put me in this really nice car and I found my way to Idaho but no problems and I want to thank this lady I don't remember her name for her cooperation with this car rental when I arrived in Idaho I have no problem returning this very nice car to a Enterprise agent in Lewiston Idaho and I received my deposit the next day no problem the Idaho Rent-A-Car agent was happy to have this car it was a very smooth nice-looking automobile so Enterprise thank you I'll probably be doing business with you in the future and I would recommend your business to anyone
