Rude staff, disrespectful behavior. I came at 12:25pm on Saturday Oct 2 and got refused to open a student account for my daughter. Cashier told me they will close at 1pm and it will take longer than 30 minutes to do this. She said I also should have an appointment for that. This is not true. I visited the same office other day and specially checked when I can come and what documents I need to have with me. Then another clerk joined and said there are only two of them are working in the office. But there were only two other customers in the building. These guys are lazy and disrespectful, I went to another bank.

I accidentally overdraw my account and was very disappointed in their response to notify me. In 8 days they deducted $30.66 then $30.00 and then another $30.00. Talk about gouging their customers. First mistake in over 55 years of banking experience. Needless to say I will be closing my account with them tomorrow. Going back to Golden 1. Golden 1 has overdraft protection if I have another senior moment that won't cost me an arm and a leg.

The customer service is terrible. Been there twice to cash my check and this girl Julia has no customer skill whatsoever. The office is clean and the area nice but they need more training.
