One just have to remember that Sam's club has great customer service, but they have liability concerns as well which is why most companies have the same policies. Some companies also may have better deals on line to help accommodate you it's worth a try. Ijs.

I have bought tires there, but, this issue never came up. I doubt that they will do it though. As an alternative, Big O is right down the street. I had Internet tires installed there before, but, after installation there was only minimal savings. Good luck!
Only tires purchased at Sam's Club are mounted by the Sam's Club Tire and Battery Center. But you can call and ask.
