I had to leave my post/site in a emergency 🆘. I called my supervisor and dispatch. Told them my situation, dispatch said , hang up and called 911 and wait for the paramedics. They show up and take me the hospital. 2 days later , I was removed from my post and then given some lame story , how the people at H&M didn’t know or see the firefighters ( that were BIGGER THAN I AM) enter the store and get me ? Isn’t there cameras , couldn’t the supervisor check and show them ??? No ! Instead they made me look bad to make themselves look good @Admiral I called HR and The supervisor. They did the “he said , she said “ thanks for demoting me because I had sn emergency and it’s not like I left , to just leave . It was an actual emergency and not even with proof did they believe me or could have my back . They could’ve easily showed the client proof but no . 👎🏼

Lakiffany is witty, professional and customer centered. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, waiting for Shawnee. She never joined the call and someone hung up. I called back, and instead of redirecting me, Lakiffany patiently tooks notes re: my inquiry. She was so specific she repeated my exact message back at first attempt. I now look forward to serving this client in the future and it is solely due to this experience. Thank you changing my perception of Admiral. You rock!

Very unprofessional staff i dealt with Mark Loera whos a Yes man for the Company he will not do what is right makes a lot of false promises and will not follow up , i spent hrs watching videos , taking quizzes , uploading all my info. A big waste of time DO NOT APPLY HERE he provided a sample of a Certificate that he wanted me to have for employment , it turn out the Certificate was a fake / fraud and when I brought it to his attn.. he did not even care , get one he said !!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Michael Lazarus and his team (Specifically Justin & Melvin). I have been working for ABM parking for about a little over a year processing payments for the drivers. Sometimes drivers will approach me before I am in the office. Justin and Melvin have come out the guard booth each time to make sure I was safe. It made me feel better knowing that they were actually paying attention to their surroundings. Stephanie and Mike are great as well. Always making sure we have any updates on incidents happening prior to our arrival. Stephanie has also approached the drivers about walking up to my car regarding business before office hrs. Michael Lazarus runs a great team!! I like managers that can step in for their team when he needs to. I am not as anxious when I am approached by customers out here at Seaport, because I know Admiral is watching out for me, with these crazy drivers. I hope they see this, because they work hard...Kudos to them!!!!!!
