I have been trying every day for weeks to try and get an appointment. It seems almost impossible. Can you let me know exactly when the calendar is updated? I believe it is after midnight (Italian time). Does not matter. it is always black or red.

You have to do it at 3pm our time. Find a fast computer and log in but wait until the last second to hit enter. It’s aweful
