Hi! I was facing the same problem, then I sent them an email and they were able to book one for me. Maje sure you indicate your day/time preference.

Hi Tanu, what is the process for securing an interview appt date/time? On the Book visa appt page, there is no place to select an available date and time. It just submits the form with the info you've entered such as passport # etc, there is no confirmation email. I also sent a separate email to the consulate. Its not clear if I was supposed to select an appt date and time on the booking form or will this be provided by the consulate in an email? Thanks
