You haven't provided many details, but if you were born in Italy and then left and your parents are not Italian you have no basis. Now, from your first name it really sounds like your parents might be Italian and then it's a different story.

There is no "ius solis" in Italy like there is in the USA. There is only "jus sanguinis" and therefore you need to have at least one Italian citizen parents. Or a parent who was an Italian citizen when you were born.
