Hello Dean Seely, How do we know if its an NSO version? Would NSO on the left top side of the certificate indicates that they are NSO versions?
Check the Consulate website. On the right side are a series of links, one of which is for dual. Along with the requirements, you can download the application. Once thing to beware is you must have NSO versions of your birth and marriage certificates. They will not accept the originals and you will end up having to come back again. You can order them at a link at the bottom of the Consulate webpage.
