Visit the Philippine Consulate's website to get the full information of what you'll need to prepare for submission. Once you've collected all what are needed you'll need to schedule an appointment for you to go in. They do not take walk ins. Parking garage is across the street for convenience. It took less than 30 minutes to process my renewal. Good luck.
