Sort of? Most of the tables are on a level with the entrance, so that is ok. However, when it gets crowded and busy, the tables are close enough together so that I have trouble sqeezing through to get to my seat, and I'm a mobile, somewhat heavy guy (5' 9", 215 pounds). I can't imagine trying to get through in a wheelchair at those times, though I'm sure they would try their best to accomodate you. I would talk to the restaurant in advance and try to come at an off-peak time if possible.
