Took my car in for a basic oil change and tire rotation this past Saturday, staff is very nice and friendly. Easy process and to the point, definitely will be coming back in the future!

This place is amazing! The staff and management are amazing! They are responsive, honest, and dedicated to excellence. I had to use them several times once because i had a double blow out on my tires late in the evening. They resolved my issue despite late time at a very reasonable price and showed the level of customer service i have not seen matched by anyone in the industry. Second time i bent the rim. The checked everything out didn't charge me a dime and sent me to another shop because if i ordered things through them it was "going to be a lot more expensive and take longer". Where do you find a business like that? I will do my business only with them if i can!

Being a regular customer for approximately 10 years prior to Managerial Changes/ Ownership. The employees here appears to be people oriented and works at a moderate pace. Interactions which I have encountered have felt comfortable and safe. You can't really have too high expectations since its' an auto shop environment. Associates who works in the front lobby area are wearing face masks as well as standing in front of a plastic shield at their work station which makes social distance effective. Multi Task work environment. Limited amount of waiting time since they prefer to follow up when work is being performed on your vechile. Buzy location.I'll recomended individuals to visit their location based upon their overall pricing and being upfront from begining to completion of your request.
Good Year only does basic repairs on a vehicle such as brakes, shocks, oil change, tires, etc. They don't do major engine repairs like an alternator or motor. That is something for another mechanic.
