I took my car in for repairs i had taken my car here before but the engine light was still on after multiple repairs my car broke down, first the alternator and now the motor seized after repairs. How do i contact corporate i just want the car fixed

Good Year only does basic repairs on a vehicle such as brakes, shocks, oil change, tires, etc. They don't do major engine repairs like an alternator or motor. That is something for another mechanic.

First if you can not resolve the problem with the repair . You have two choices go on line Get form sc100 and file small claims for actual estimated cost to a limit of Ten thousand dollars.you then have them served Court summons There is a book how to by nolo press. Also most courts Have how to fill it out plus it is on you Tube. Then alternative which I like department of consumer repairs a California state agency that oversees Auto repairs and you file a Complaint ! I wish you the best.
