Seeing the USS Constitution is free. There's a little museum before you go to the ship. Parking is expensive. Like 23$ for 2 hours.
Suggested donation. No charge for boarding the Constitution but there is a security check like an airport. It's all very kid friendly. Museum is very kid oriented
