Everyone in this practice is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. My dog has separation anxiety and previously had bad experiences with prior vets, so she is always skittish when we walk into the vet. Dr. Sell and her team handle my dog with a lot of care, attention, and patience. They are also very transparent with pricing and are on the more affordable end for veterinary care. It's also very easy to obtain medical records, vaccine history, etc. I would 100% recommend this clinic over and over again!

We had a good experience establishing our cat as a patient and scheduling annual wellness appointments. They were able to answer our questions and provided a thorough exam. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Our cat became moderately ill, likely an infection that needed to be seen by a vet but not urgent enough for the ER. Upon calling to schedule, we were told the earliest opening was weeks away. They adamantly do not keep any schedule availability for sick visits because, according to the front desk, they are a “primary care vet”. The only option we were given was to take our cat to the Emergency Room. We were told that they fully book each day for routine physicals and vaccinations only. While we like Dr. Sell, we don’t see the point of continuing to be clients if our vet has no interest in treating sick pets. Edit: They called shortly after this review was posted to say they found an opening for us. We declined as we already made other arrangements. Moving forward, it would be beneficial to the practice to build in flexibility for sick visits and to clearly communicate reasonable next steps to clients when time sensitive appointments are needed. Immediately referring to the ER for minor illness is unreasonable, expensive, and puts strain on valuable community resources.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On my second visit for a shot, they noticed how scared my dog was and did the shot in the lobby so she would be more comfortable.
