I'm shocked to see some of these reviews tbh. I loved by time at The Graphic Lofts so much so that I recommended a friend move into my apartment after I left and he did! The office staff were always helpful and kind. I moved in during peak COVID and the building was super safe and ensured everyone was wearing their masks and whatnot. It was pricey for sure but the gym was well equipped, a killer roof deck, a lounge/game room downstairs, and a gorgeous workspace/lobby area, with a T stop a block away - in Boston, you just aren't getting those kind of amenities. I will say I lived in the actual loft building, not the new build (bldg 34) next door. I can't speak to those apartments but 32 was always super quiet, clean, and comfortable. I miss that apartment!

We lived there for a year and the price is definitely don't worth it. Here's a list of what went wrong for us: Our bikes were stolen from the bike storages which is behind TWO locked doors. The lock to our door was died multiple times which locked us out of our apartment. (Maintenance after hours is very hard to get a hold of) The tenants with dogs don't clean up accidents in the hallways. The office threatened to fine me for letting my dog play in the court yard which no one used. Mind you, he never used the bathroom in the court yard. We just used the space to play fetch. When we moved in the doors were painted shut which split the wood when we opened them. A toothpick would scratch the wood floor if you dropped it. The countertops stain easily. I sent back our original lease agreement three times because it was still incorrect after three revisions. Read your leases. Long story short, if you want to live in a place equivalent to a overpriced sheep in wolves clothing, live here. They will offer you a bunch of deals when you sign but the following year, your deals go away and they hike up rent 3%. Definitely not worth the price.

3 stars for my apartment 2201 4.5 stars for the building We loved our stay at the Graphic Lofts. There are more pros than cons of living here, so I highly recommend this place to everyone. Pros : 1. The maintenance staff and the leasing office staff are very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. All our maintenance requests were always answered within few hours - all complaints big and small. 2. The amenities are pretty incredible and very well maintained. During the pandemic, I worked in the lobby almost every day. 3. Apartment is brand new with great appliances, a huge closet, and very well ventilated. However, few cons made our stay a little less pleasant: Our apartment was located right above the gym, and that gave us multiple issues. So, please don't stay in the apartment above the gym. 1. The fan in the yoga room was right beneath our floor, which made the floor vibrate and produced a lot of noise. The maintenance team reduced the fan speed to combat this issue. However, other members would change the fan speed now and then. We had multiple sleepless nights due to this. 2. Noise from Weights/ jumping in the gym below would travel to our house and cause a lot of disturbance. 3. Loud music in the gym in the early hours was quite annoying. The leasing office has sent emails regarding this to other residents; however, it never stopped. Overall, I recommend this building to everyone. Just don't take the apartment above the gym.

I didn't even live there for the full length of my lease. At first glance, the property looks nice. It's relatively new, walking distance to Assembly Row, Sullivan Square T, and Charlestown. Instead, it's relatively impossible to get a good night's sleep from the noise, it's not a particularly safe building as things are regularly stolen and people just randomly get into the building, and people smoke inside the building (even though the building is advertised as non-smoking). My neighbor smoked pot constantly and since I was working from home (as a lot of people are), it impacted my work. Management said it was my responsibility to deal with, and that I couldn't move out - even though it was management that violated the lease by not dealing with the smoking. They eventually let me terminate the lease when I threatened legal action, but are requiring me to pay them even more money - even though my apartment was unlivable for some of the time due to the smell. If you take the risk of living here, make sure you have a good lawyer.
