There are normally several small kennels with kittens where the front desk is located. There is also a "Cat House" with adult cats in a separate building. The best thing is to go by for a visit and see which kittens will steak your heart!
Check spca if animal control doesnt have any. Id be shocked if they had none though. Have every time I've been. Follow FOTAS on Facebook too.
