We recently upgraded our phones and went into the store to get everything sorted. Leo was immediately able to help us set up 2 new phones that we had upgraded into. We had done the upgrade online and took the phones to the store once they had been delivered. Leo was super polite, friendly, and quickly had us all set up with our new phones!
