We have been Verizon customers for 25+ years. We have had this service in CA, NC, and now SC. We decided we needed to get 2 new phones. We made an appointment for 2:00. We had received a reminder email for the appointment. Walked in the door at 5 'til 2 and were told they were short handed today and it would be another 1 1/2 hours. We could not sit and wait that long. We have a 20 minute drive into Aiken and then another 20 minutes back. Now we get to do this again next Monday. It would have taken less than 1 minute to send us a text, email or call to notify us. This is totally unacceptable customer service.

No customer service at all. Wasnt allowed in the door and talked to like i should know all the answers to my questions. Shouldve gone to the store on richland ave they are actually helpful.
