It might not hurt to call, also might be helpful to have the service staff give your car a quick look over.
I doubt it, however I'd recommend the Hoffman Car Wash down the road.
Charles Viens probably works for that dealership or otherwise have vested interest in it, because if you listen to him and ask the staff there to "look over" your car, you can be almost sure that they'll nitpick something out so that they can tell you how to fork over an arm and leg for their average work quality, at best. You can get the same quality work, or better, at most Honda dealers at only one third of the cost that they charge you at this Acura dealer. They're the same company. All of the parts used for any service are exactly the same, because the Honda dealers would order parts for you from the Acura dealer, but you just pay less, up to three times less in total. Furthermore, I've found attitudes at the Honda dealers to be generally better than at this snooty Acura dealer, where their salespeople are almost all too uptight to even greet you, as if they walk around with hot pokersticks lodged up their asses, unless they know you're ready to fork over an arm and leg.
I worked at the facility for a couple years, a appointment is the fastest way but you can just go
